Goslings

I went over to the Sudbury Reservoir Trail this morning.  The first thing I saw as I turned into the field was a nice family of Canada geese - 12 goslings!   Now typically, I don't pay much attention to Canada geese, but how can you not enjoy those cute, fluffy goslings?!

There were many jeweled spiderwebs along the side of the dirt road.  This time, I tried to get a closeup of the droplets.

Then, I spotted a Black-and-White Warbler and a Gray Catbird, both first of year sightings!

(now there's a name that makes sense!)

    1. Me too. I don't like them quite as much when they are adults!
