Sunrise and American Robins

When I saw a little red tinge in the eastern sky, I had to go check out the sunrise at Hopkinton State Park (rather than catch a little more sleep).  It was beautiful, changing ever so slightly every minute, and the colors were stunning. may be the only sun of the day.

After the sun was up, I headed over to Sudbury Reservoir Trail to do some birding.  There was a big flock of American Robins hanging out in the flooded area of the trail.

This is the "trail"!  I am standing on the road to the left of the trail.
