Barber Reservation and the Power Line

I spent my lunch break walking at Barber Reservation and along the power line trail in Sherborn and had a nice combo of birds, butterflies and blooms.

Birds:

Eastern Towhee

Blue-Gray Gnatcatcher

Northern Cardinal

Song Sparrow

Butterflies:

Eastern Pine Elfin

Juvenal's Duskywing

Female

American Copper

Eastern Tailed Blue

Altogether, there was a nice variety of butterflies, including American Copper, Cabbage White, Clouded Sulphur, Eastern Pine Elfin, Eastern Tailed Blue, Juvenal's Duskywing, Mourning Cloak and Spring Azure.  Not all were cooperative subjects!
