Scarlet Tanager

I had some interesting visitors in the yard after work tonight:

 Great Spangled Fritillary

A squirrel was angrily chirping out front, and I was trying to find it when I saw the source of its trouble.  This cat was at least 9 feet up in the tree.

 Scarlet Tanager!!!!  (a first for my yard, and it is in mid molt!)

I took a walk at BHCL to close out the day.  I saw two Common Nighthawks migrating south, my first time seeing them at BHCL.
