Palm Warbler at BHCL

Freddie and I took a lunchtime walk at BHCL today.  We lucked out with a beautiful Palm Warbler sighting as soon as we hit the trail off the parking lot.   It was plucking seeds from the Queen Anne's Lace and occasionally perched on the electric fence nice and close to us!   Finally, a fall warbler I recognize, and it was characteristically bobbing its tail the entire time!

  1. Looks like a Ruby-crowned to me. I love the uneven eye-ring.

  2. Good to see that butterflies are still flying with you.
