Sunrise and American Robins

When I saw a little red tinge in the eastern sky, I had to go check out the sunrise at Hopkinton State Park (rather than catch a little more sleep).  It was beautiful, changing ever so slightly every minute, and the colors were stunning.   And.....it may be the only sun of the day.

After the sun was up, I headed over to Sudbury Reservoir Trail to do some birding.  There was a big flock of American Robins hanging out in the flooded area of the trail.

This is the "trail"!  I am standing on the road to the left of the trail.
