Snowy Owl in Rye

We spent Christmas with family in Portsmouth, NH and after the festivities were over, the sun came out so three of us headed to the coast to look for Snowy Owls.  At least one had been reported in the Rye area, so we thought we had a bit of a chance.  It was a beautiful afternoon.  The sky and the surf was dramatic, with good winds to help them along.  It was a warm day, and people were taking advantage of it and enjoying the surf!
