Back to Waseeka Wildlife Sanctuary

I wanted a second look at what I thought was Drosera (sundew) yesterday, so it was back to Waseeka during lunch today.

I'm not sure what kind of sparrow this is, but would you look at that horrible engorged tick next to its eye?  Poor thing.  Ticks know just where to stop where the birds can't scratch at them.

There was one Osprey perched on the branch hanging out from the nest, but it took off as soon as I got my sights on it, and I never saw it again.
