The morning light was beautiful around 7AM today. Pink and foggy among the trees in the woods behind the house. I grabbed my camera and drove down to the Sudbury River to try to catch some of the light. Same at Hopkinton State Park. Never did capture that beautiful color. The park roads were still not plowed at 7:30, but I didn't have any trouble. The snow was only 3-4 inches deep. I was surprised to note the geese were still sleeping in the little unfrozen part of the lake they had left.
