Recent Visits to BHCL

I made it over to Breakneck Hill Conservation Land a couple of times earlier this week.  Here are the highlights:

  

Clouded Sulphur

House Sparrow whipping a dragonfly into submission

Tree Swallow juvenile

Black raspberries are ripening.

I enjoyed these and fresh red raspberries too!

Chipping Sparrow juvenile

Gray Catbird

Peak monarch habitat!

I did see one but couldn't get a photo.

Indigo Bunting (female) with food for the nest

Spicebush Swallowtail

Northern Broken Dash??

We need rain!
