Ogunquit in summer is filled with hanging plants, window boxes, beautiful gardens and lovely views. These flowers were placed along a fence, and I just loved them!

Along the Marginal Way....
The Marginal Way is one of New England's only paved, public shoreline paths. It is a little more than a mile in length and connects Ogunquit Beach with Perkins Cove. The land for the path was donated to the Town of Ogunquit in 1925. There are benches all along the path, and the views of the Atlantic are wonderful!

Before we turned South, we stopped in Kennebunk to take a look at the Wedding Cake House (called the most photographed house in the State of Maine). What do you think? I'm not sure it was worth the trip!
